I would like to offer you my expertise as a people manager, drawing from years of practical experience in intercultural leadership, team building, team management, and communication.


Change and adaption has been consistent themes in my life. In 2004, I spontaneously relocated to the Netherlands after completing my studies in Germany. With no clear concept of where to begin or how to navigate my life and career, the challenges were immense. I had to start from scratch, again. Born in the former GDR, my life already underwent a drastic transformation in 1990. My country, my identity simply vanished, forcing me to transform from a well functioning citizen in a rigid, communist regime into a self-responsible individual in a free, capitalist society.

My life serves as a great analogy for any rapidly evolving and demanding environment. You need the ability to learn quickly and adapt, you need to understand and communicate. But most importantly, you need other people, a team to complement your skillset, help you overcome obstacles, discover new ideas, and pull you out of your comfort zone to reach higher goals.


That's why teamwork isn't just fun; it's necessary and rewarding. Establishing meaningful relationships while remaining true to oneself, is the most important factor on the road to sustainable success. The importance of proper communication in teamwork is often underestimated. Especially in multicultural organizations a clear understanding between people from various backgrounds is crucial.
